Invite members
There are two ways to add someone to a project: pull them in from the owning team's roster, or send an email invitation.
Who can invite
Only owners and admins of the project can add members. Developers and viewers see the members list but can't change it.
From the team roster
Anyone who's already on the owning team can be added to the project with one click — no email round-trip.
- Open the project and switch to the Members tab.
- Under Add from team, pick a role for each person and click the + button. They get access immediately.
The roster only shows people who aren't already in the project.
By email
Anyone with an email address can be invited, even if they're not on the team yet.
- Open the Members tab.
- Type the email under Invite by email, pick a role, and click Invite.
- The invitee gets an email with a join link. When they click it, they're added to both the project and (if they weren't already) the owning team as a viewer.
Pending email invites show in a separate list until accepted. You can cancel a pending invite from the same panel.
